Possible prompts for your consideration as you share your reflection:
- Send yourself a video reflection. What advice would you send your pre-pandemic or early pandemic version of yourself?
- How has the past year challenged or changed you?
- If you could hold on to one memory from the past year, what would it be?
- What ordinary moments helped you get through this past year?
- What items would you place in a time capsule for future generations?
There's no minimum or maximum time expectation. Please feel free to share a general reflection as well.
